"They were flexible and allowed me to check in early and hold my stuff at concierge when I had to go somewhere and didn’t have time to go back to my room. Staff was friendly and helpful too. I definitely recommended the hotel, especially, shops and restaurants are only across the street from the hotel."

"Hi, Overall excellent value for the money, Walking distance of MALL OF ASIA and dozens of restaurants and fast food. Internet very good, basic cignal TV channels. Can't drink the water, but they provide tiny bottles. So if you arrive late, have to buy their expensive water. Could also use a coffee maker in the room. Two big beds which is very nice compared to other hotels in the areaBut overall highly recommend TRYP, have stayed here three times in last couple weeks! So must like it. Highly Recommend!"

"The room was clean, and the staff were very friendly and helpful. However, the room itself felt quite old and outdated in terms of style. Also, there was a very strong perfume or air freshener smell when I first entered the room, which was a bit overwhelming and gave me a headache. Overall, it was a decent stay, but the room could definitely use some updating and better ventilation."
