"I have been fighting for over a week to cancel this reservation. This hotel knows I never checked in and never stayed but doesn't want to give a refund I should have never had to beg for. I also purchased the insurance in case something happened. Honor your refunds as advertised. "

"Excellent place to stay as you get laundry and full kitchen amenities. This goes a very long way to packing lightly and saving money on breakfast/lunches in the Orlando area. Also, the property was clean, restful and you have a home away from home if you wish. "

"Clean room but small. There was no option for body wash and just a small zest bar. I know there was a 50s type them but the V05 shampoo was zest bars was looking cheap. They had one pillow per person and the mattress was old . I woke up with my back aching. The walls were thin so I woke up several times at night due to some cackling female next door to where I can hear her thru the walls. I was highly disappointed in the hotel universal offers. This was my first and last time staying at universal owned property . The front desk man was very nice but he upgraded me for free to a view of volcano bay. Only to find out I was in a room next to last at the end of the entire building . So I had a long walk to main lobby and pool etc. "

"This hotel is wonderful, it is conveniently located close to the parks, the rooms are clean. The free express passes are the best amenity that we received. The pools and restaurants are great, We had dinner at the Palm which was the best dinner that trip. There were some improvements that could be made. The shuttle to the newest park runs every half an hour so we took an uber there. The other issue we had was the first day when we returned from the park at 4:00pm our room was not cleaned. Housekeeping arrived shortly after 5:00pm. Overall we would stay there again. "
