Very nice resort . Stayed in a 2 bedroom family suite and it was plenty of room for my family of 5. Great pools. Close to restaurants and restaurants on the property as well. My boys enjoyed the water slides and the gym on the property. This was our second time staying here and we would stay here again.

The condo was nice, spacious for our family. Would have liked to have double beds in one of the rooms. The waterpark did not live up to the hype. The lazy river was too crowded to actually enjoy. The restaurant food and service was good.

Great customer service. Sora was so kind and very helpful. She made sure we had a great time at The Grove. I am still giving 5 star because of Sora. I made the reservation with a resort view, but we did not have any view at all.

We had a wonderful family vacation at The Grove Resort. The resort is beautiful, the water park was a big hit with our children, and the rooms are spacious and well-equipped. The location is also very convenient. The staff was always polite and tried their best to help whenever we had questions. We especially appreciate the management for listening to our concerns and working to resolve them. The only area that could be improved is housekeeping, as our room was cleaned quite late during the day on some occasions. Aside from that, our stay was enjoyable, and we would be happy to return in the future. Thank you to everyone at The Grove Resort for helping make our family vacation a memorable one.
