My young son and I loved the resort! The waterpark, pools, and hot tub were our favorite features. We loved the arcade and indoor mini golf too. The grounds were well maintained, and we enjoyed the lake and courtyard views. The two bedroom condo was spacious and clean. We also enjoyed the meal options at the Valencia restaurant.

We had a wonderful time. We will definitely be coming back. The room was phenomenal and the view was absolutely breathtaking. All of the staff was incredibly kind. The pools were incredible. Me and my family really enjoyed the pond and the wall around it. The market was so nice to have. The coffee was amazing and all the food was excellent. The resort was so close to everything it made it so easy to travel to parks.

The Resort staff was friendly and attentive to any and all of our needs. The common areas were clean as was our 2 bedroom condo. The only thing that was unfortunate was the water park was closed for the entire length of our stay. Would definitely stay here again but would make sure to find out if the water park was closed.

The room was super clean and tons of space. We had the 2br condo and loved it. Big walk in closet for both sides. Large bathrooms and rooms. Full kitchen area and washer and dryer. Staff was solid.

the resort has a great layout. it is a bit far from everything. every attraction is about 20 minutes away. the staff was friendly and accommodating. the room was spacious. it had some things that could be cleaner. like dust in lights and spots under dinning chairs and furniture. over all fairly clean. the sheets were clean and we asked for extra blankets due to the weather. it came right away. i will mot stay here again. there are similar choses closer to attractions and restaurants. it is a great deal for larger families

My boyfriend and I stayed at The Grove Resort for our 6th anniversary for three nights, and we had such a great experience. From the moment we arrived, the staff was friendly, welcoming, and super helpful, they even surprised us with an upgrade to a bigger room, which made the trip feel extra special. The resort looked exactly like the photos: spacious, clean, and beautiful, with a lot of amenities to enjoy. We loved the drinks and food, and we had so much fun playing mini golf and checking out the little market near the lobby. There was always something to do, which made the stay feel relaxing but never boring. The only downside (totally my fault lol) was that I didn’t check the weather ahead of time. It ended up being a very cold weekend, so they closed the water park during our stay and we didn’t get to try it. Still, everything else made up for it. Overall, we had an amazing time and would definitely recommend this resort. We would definitely love to come back during a sunny and warm time to enjoy it even more!

Room was a little banged up. Nice to have a big kitchen, great laundry inside units. Bring your own laundry soap and dishwasher soap. Bedrooms and bathrooms great size! Hours at waterpark/bar close way earlier than we expected- bummed we couldn’t hang out longer. All pool chairs around the main big pool at the waterpark are reserve only-all were empty. Food low quality for the high price, you’re better off going out to eat. Customer service is great everywhere, if you have any issues they take care of you. Make sure to bring your own swim towels. They provide a few little ones in your room but they charge if you lose them. They don’t have them at the pool. Only one hot tub at the other pool, it was always packed, never got to enjoy that. They had a Super Bowl party, that was awesome to have somewhere to watch with a bar and snacks we could order.

Overall our stay was good just a few issues. 1- Upon check we were informed of a 35 fee a day for parking per a vehicle. 2 - Our bathroom fan didn’t work and make an extremely loud noise. I reached out to guest service but got no response. 3 - we are at the Valencia restaurant and I don’t suggest it. Our server smelled like he just walked out of the bar. Our order was wrong. Some of the food came out cold. The manager came over but wasn’t very friendly although he explained that they just started a new menu. Again, these were just little hiccups. The actual room was great. We had a two bedroom each had its own bath a living room and a full kitchen although we didn’t really use the kitchen. It was still nice to have to bring leftovers too and then use the microwave to heat them up the next day.

Honest and fair review - We traveled with two adults and two kids (under the age of 9) The Room- Upon arrival we were given uncleaned room. We walked back to the front desk and had that changed fairly quickly. Service at the front desk was excellent. Our second room was spacious, layout was great, fantastic features! Laundry room, dishwasher, full blown bathrooms with walk through closet's. You can see in photo 3 & 4 there were unfinished parts of the area but nothing that would ruin our vacation. I do want to add that the hallway property was colder, the resort itself seemed a bit run down, it does look newer in photos. But again, that’s okay. We didn’t notice a smell and did not see any bugs in our room. The Waterpark - We had 1 warm day and spent it at the waterpark. We were advised that the temps were 84 degrees, but due to cold temperatures in FL we were told the heaters were having a hard time keeping up. Waterpark was freezing! Pools were cold as well so us adults didn’t spend any time in the pools. Kids were in/out as normal. The amenities - The convenience of charging everything to your room is okay. The resort is cashless, our first meal was at the resort due to late night travels and not venturing out to find food (it was a long day for us) so our bill was $130 for 2 flatbreads, kids meal and adult meal. Things were clean, staff were friendly! Each room is equipped with a little bottle of dish soap, a sponge, dishwasher detergent, trash bags and laundry soap.

The rooms were spacious and looked good - there were a few issues - the dishwasher didn't work, the washing machine was moldy, but nothing that was a make or break. We really enjoyed the complimentary access to the water park - that was the highlight of the trip, but again, it wasn't always well maintained - it was particularly breezy one day and the amount of debris in the lazy river was borderline gross. I will say - my biggest issue was the people working - every interaction I had, EXCEPT for at the water park, was not very welcoming or helpful. I asked the receptionist about a fee I was unsure of and she seemed annoyed and unwilling to explain, didn't tell us the difference between wristbands and the card (none, they don't check) or really about how to navigate the hotel. Later that night I had casually asked an employee at the market if he knew and he very quickly told me to ask someone's who job it was and got annoyed because I didn't know where to place my order (the man at the counter said with him first and then the register, this young man said the opposite, and when i tried to order he then reprimanded me for ordering the wrong way). Would I stay here again and completely avoid the people who work there? Absolutely. Also recommend renting a car - it's a bit far out from the parks and other drivers told us they weren't taking rides to the Grove because of the distance back and forth.

Room was good. Pools were good. Water park was small but good. The lake access for boating/kayaking/fishing was not good. We stayed at this place because of it being on a lake and they charge too much for too little time for everything water related. Should have free kayaks and water stuff available.
