"Got there around 5:00 PM, one customer service at the counter, she was quick, friendly and professional and doing the best she could by herself. Absolutely loved all the amenities, the pool, the lazy river was awesome. Breakfast was of good quality, a little disorganized but otherwise great, loved my room, however not a fan of the shower. Overall a great stay, i will definitely return. "

"Check in was very easy, the room was maintained well, and it was clean. The staff were fantastic, particularly the Poolside bartender, who went above and beyond to welcome us and was super friendly. They're is food near, as well as a target to sticky grab anything you need if you're okay with a walk. The room itself had some minor issues; The water heater struggled, it took several minutes running to heat up for a shower. The pillows are paper thin, and even after asking for an additional pair, both my partner and I struggled to sleep well without neck pain. Overall it was a good hotel, very close to the Parks, and a good value for our vacation."

"From check in to check out, it was a spectacular stay! Check in staff was very friendly yet professional. She was quick and thorough. Elevators worked well. Our room was right off the elevator, but we didn't hear anyone in the hall or the doors/bell. I was surprised. The room was huge, so much space to spread out. The bathroom was clean and spacious. We had a roll in shower, so no barrier between it and the rest of the room. It surprised me, at first, because usually there's a small bump, but, due to slight angles of the tile floor, the water mostly stayed on the shower side of the room (curtain helped) with it only splashing off me to get further out. Great set up, especially for someone who needs it. The fridge was a great size and held our drinks well. Plenty of room for other food, as well. Everything I would need to prep food to take into the parks (sandwiches, charcuterie/snack boxes, etc.). There's also a microwave, small sink, dishwasher, basic dishes (plates, cups, silverware, a couple knives, cutting board, mixing bowls), a toaster, and a small coffee maker. We used the sink to wash a couple dishes. We stayed 2 nights and went to Epcot for a day. We actually left Epcot early to get back to the room because we could see Magic Kingdom's fireworks from our room. The proximity to Disney World is great, especially if you have a vehicle. Less than 15 minutes (depending on traffic) to Disney Springs and Epcot. I'm looking forward to staying again!"
