"Stayed a week at the Dolphin in a King Delux Suite. The experience was great and the Swan & Dolphin are one of my favorite places to stay on the Disney property. So many places to eat and things to do. I also enjoy the walking distance to Epcot, Boardwalk and Hollywood Studios. The property is well maintained and should be for the price in resort fees. Staff was exceptional and the buses were efficient. The king size bed had a huge concave in the middle and not very comfortable. My kid did enjoy the fold out sofa bed which seemed comfortable. Also expect to pay an additional $100/night for resort and parking fees. We self parked for $40/night. I expected it from past experiences but I don't understand why they just don't roll that all into one price. I could see how it would make people upset because going to Disney is already expensive and to get hit with additional fees after your vacation could turn people off. For a week, I paid an additional $531 for parking and resort fees so keep that in mind if you budget your vacation."

"Without doubt, one of the cleanest hotels we’ve stayed in. Staff constantly cleaning public areas, lifts, doors etc. Staff friendly and helpful. Car park around the hotel can get busy especially when returning at night. No tea towels in the room so difficult to dry items you’ve just washed. Breakfast very repetitive but good. "

"We stayed for 7 nights (dont know if we got points for entire stay ) of the 7 nights 3 of them were difficult , the sinks in the bathroom and kitchen were blocked and black debris was coming up both of them , on wed morn we had an engineer come in and put chemicals down , this worked til thursday after dinner , then the blockage returned , Maintenance (Mike ) came and advised us we needed it snaked and he would put a ticket in ! All day thursday went by with no maintenance from hotel despite 4 phone calls to the service desk and one to the manager who assured us someone would be attending immediately (nope ) at 8 pm Mike came back on duty and brought his own equipment and tried to snake the drain , no luck, We were then advised we were changing rooms for our last night which was a pain . The fridge in our unit didnt work properly , had maintenance out , was a design flaw apparently , all the ice cream melted ! Paid $ 22 for the free style soda cup to find the dispensers West broken"

"We would return! Friendly and welcoming front desk staff. Clean rooms with comfortable beds. The breakfast staff kept everything well stocked. And g mm uten free options too! "

"The contract with the shuttle service to Disney probably needs addressed due to the extremely unfriendly nature of the shuttle company's customer service. If I could give it a zero, that would be kind."
