"We loved everything about the property. Make sure you have a 4 wheel drive or good SUV to navigate the road to the property. But once you are there, you will be enchanted with the amazing property, the views, the pool and all of the magical forest sounds around you. Bring all your food and drinks and enjoy this amazing property. I wasn't able to add pictures to this review for some reason but you will be amazed at the interiors and views. "

"Some of the hotel could use some Updating. If you want cold rooms, that might be an issue. Our room was a lot warmer. Air just didn’t seem to get cool enough. If you do book this hotel - highly recommend getting the hotel with a breakfast package. The breakfast buffet was AWESOME. The man made beach was nice but it was packed with seaweed this time of year so we weren’t able to use it. "
"We had a great experience overall. The location is excellent, and the staff truly stood out- friendly, helpful, and consistently going above and beyond to make us feel welcome. The property was clean, well-maintained and pleasant. There were a couple minor disappointments. Upon arrival we were informed the gym was out of service, which was unfortunate since it was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel over others in the same area. Additionally, we were hoping for a bit of music in the pool area to enhance the atmosphere. We later found out a DJ is scheduled on weekends, but only for a short two-hour window, which we missed. Despite these hiccups, the experience was overwhelmingly positive. "
