My room was beautiful. It had an amazing huge window and high ceilings. None of the quirks you get with some of the older hotels, due to their renovations. The bed was so comfortable I am spoiled and want to replace my own mattress at home. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. I can't wait to visit once they have the bar and restaurant open.

As a first timer guest I was Veryy satisfied with the stay. Despite it not being inclusive of continental breakfast, there were a lot of options in close proximity. The staff were extremely pleasant and ready to assist with anything inquiries my group had. We are looking forward to our next stay at Milano PR.

My family and I enjoyed our stay at Hotel Milano. The bathrooms are beautiful and the bedrooms very spacious. I found everything very nice and clean. They even had steamers, which came in handy since we were attending a wedding and had to steam suits and gowns. The staff members were courteous and helpful. This hotel is being renovated; I was disappointed that the restaurant was not open yet. They said it will be open in early November 2026. Fortunately, there are many restaurants within walking distance. Overall, I recommend this place.
