"Enjoyed the porters - Antony is great! The outlet in the bathroom did not work which would have been appreciated. The sustainability option was used on the door for no cleaning but then staff still came in unexpectedly and didn’t love that. We would have put our belongings away had we known staff would enter. "

I am an older guest (66) but if you are agile it is perfect for an overnight stay or maybe a 2 or 3 days.
The staff were curtious and helpful.

Take a photo of your room number and capsule as can be a little confusing at first. Take a padlock to lock the capsule when away from the capsule .

Can be a little warm as air conditioning does have little effect.

"For a double room overnight for one person was fine. I would say for 2 people over 50 and have to get up for a pee 3/4 ish in the morning it could be inconvenient. If you are happy with someone straddling you etc. in their rush to the bathroom then go for it."
