"First the bad. The main restaurants reservations availability is lacking. They need add more availability. The 24/7 bar food is not the best and should at a minimum include pizza. The Ice Cream shop is only open from like 6 pm to 10 pm...But the Ice Cream is fantastic. Now the good. The property is amazing, the staff are fantastic and are very friendly. The food at the main restaurants is fantastic!! The food at the food trucks is very good. And of course the drinks are off the hook!!! The grounds crew are simply amazing, they keep the property sooo clean. We will be back"

"The check in process was lengthy and very chaotic. There was no air conditioning in the front desk area which compounded on the discomfort. The rooms are average but clean. Food is also average and I found it repetitive even with a four night stay. The staff was kind and professional. Overall, you get what you paid for. I found it a good value for the price I paid. "

"My wife really enjoyed a morning at the spa. The pool was clean ,quite large and well designed. Some of the staff were very friendly and competent. Others were just going through the motions. Our room was large with a great view from the balcony. The cleaning staff kept the room clean and well stocked."
