"Beach view from the hotel room was a tropical paradise. I enjoyed the morning roosters and the reggaeton playing by the pool in the afternoon. The food is delicious. The drinks are very pricy unless you feel like splurging. The lobby is fancy and sets the tone for the hotel. The staff is friendly and welcoming. Son muy amables."

"The hotel is just great. Rooms are big, clean and illuminated.Pool is chill and not crowded even on weekends. Staff is helpful, and buffet has really good options. I loved the lobby and pool areas. My only comments are that Sol bar (the one by the pool), should open earlier. I needed to wait until 11 am (even on weekends). That makes no sense at all. Additionally, you already have nice music playing by the pool, but bartenders also play their own music really loud, you should pick which kind of music will be playing but not both at the same time, it is annoying."
