"We had such a wonderful time staying at the Condado Vanderbilt Hotel. When we arrived, we were greeted with a smile and champagne - and quickly escorted to our ocean view suite. We decided to stay on property our first day, and ate at OVA after getting settled into our stylish comfortable suite. Our server Glorimar was so friendly and attentive and made us feel at home right from the start. Every staff member had a smile and was attentive and friendly, and seemed to enjoy helping guests feel pampered. Hats off to the housekeeping staff for keeping our suite clean and stocked up with snacks. We had a chance to chat with our daytime housekeeper Lisaber, and she was so friendly - and even gave us tips about local beaches to visit.
The property had every amenity you could imagine. We ate and drank on site and played in the various pools for the majority of our stay - and just really had a great time. The pools were large and clean and not overcrowded. The vistas from the pools and balcony are embedded in my mind forever, but we will absolutely come back again. 5 stars!"
