"This hotel is in a great local for everything. The owners are so helpful and friendly. It was my daughter’s birthday and they left a bottle of fizz and 6 glasses in her room. We had a perfect stay. It could do with an update but for a few nights stay it’s just perfect. We will definitely be back "

"I am a little biased because the Hilton look after me as a regular visitor. They always go above and beyond to make sure my stay is comfortable. The room is always comfortable and clean. Breakfast is always perfect (the coffee machine even behaved for my last visit). Rachel, is not only great at her job, but she is such an amazing soul. "Overall this was a great location directly across the street from Cardiff Castle. It was frantic because of the annual half-marathon attended by 29000 people (which we were not aware of at the time of booking) and the lifts were broken, but the front desk staff were extremely helpful. The room was large and everything worked as it should, but the rooms are showing their age a bit. They needed more staff at dinner but food was quite good."
