Great place to relax after long flights from US West Coast. Hotel is just a few blocks from the ADO Bus Station, which is great because I need to take the bus to Playa del Carmen to take the ferry to Cozumel. Also very convenient & inexpensive getting to the Hotel from Cancun Airport by ADO Bus.

Terrible experience

Ancient hotel. Popcorn ceilings and walls. Stained towels and old bedding. I arrived around 12 p.m. after an overnight flight. The front‑desk agent told me I could only check in after 3 p.m. I asked if the room was occupied, and she replied that it wasn’t—she also said the hotel was half empty. I was amazed at the lack of empathy. There was no breakfast or water in the room. My stay was short—only two days—and I had another reservation to stay one more night at the end of my trip. I canceled it! Please stay away from this hotel!

Great for the price. Good location with shopping and groceries around staff at the front desk were helpful. Funny thing, when we asked for two more towels they brought one and said another one maybe tomorrow.

Nice small property on Tulum Ave downtown Cancun. Friendly staff and great service. Only thing was this trip the bar service and lobby bar restaurant were closed due to staffing issues. Understandable but the area close doesn’t have the quality and service as the hotel.

Excellent hotel in central Cancun

The only downside to my room was that the door did not muffle noises from the hallways. Otherwise, the hotel is excellent choice. The building was maintained well. My room was comfortable and well lit. The AC worked great and looked new. Hotel is in a great location close and easily walkable to ATMs, restaurants, cafes, the bus station, and shopping. I would book the hotel again should I stay in Cancun.

The good Very close to downtown. Access to plazas and various restaurants. Other hotels. Walking distance to easy pick up location for full day trips by bus AC worked very well in the room. Hot water always. Reasonable price. Easy access to super market with fresh baked goods The bad Internet dropping all the time. Room faced the front and the street is noisy due to traffic. No AC and minimal fan in the lobby. Staff didn’t speak much English so didn’t ask for assistance. Toilet seat kept dropping, toilet clogged. Due to location, great AC gave 4 stars. If noise bothers you not ideal

Es muy básico, para una estadía corta está bien, no esperes un minibar o algo parecido, no hay ascensor tampoco, a todo esto me refiero con básico, cuarto con aire acondicionado, baño dentro del cuarto con agua fría y caliente, para mí fue suficiente, sí muy limpio todo, muy amables los trabajadores del lugar, lo mejor que tiene es que está en una ubicación espectacular en el centro de Cancún, no necesitas transporte, tienes casi todo caminando, opciones de compra, bancos, tiendas y muchos lugares para comer cerca.
