Located in las Americas mall, nice rooftop pool and view. Hotel charges $25 per night for kids over 11 years old. I found that disturbing considering you book for the amount of people with double beds shouldn’t be an up charge since you don’t get any Extra amenities for the cost. I’m vip platinum through Expedia and believed i got the worse room you could get. My view was the facing all the rooftop ac units. Room was ok, no fridge or microwave. I wouldn’t consider this a high end hotel although they charge for it

Excellent hotel to stay in Cancun. Beds are super comfortable and that’s sometimes hard to find in Mexico. Great central location attached to Las Americas Mall. I recommend it, I’ve stayed multiple times.

This hotel is connected to a huge mall. It was so convenient to get anything from a phone charger, to flip flops. The mall has a huge food court. The roof top area and pool was a wonderful place to relax.
