While the mattresses were comfortable, it appeared that the bottom fitted sheets were too small for the mattresses which meant that they were not fitted properly. The mattress top sheet was therefore not tight. We tried to rectify the issue, but gave up. Everything else was good. Now I was recovering from surgery, so that might have been a contributing factor.

I like the fact that the property is next to the main road in Cancun. Shopping was easy and close by. Staff was very friendly and professional, and the breakfast was delicious.

Be careful don't take 1 st floor it s very noisy Breakfast if you don t wake up. Like sun. You will find nothing to eat I do not recommend it at all

The mattress has a waterproof cover under the sheet. It was hard and crinkly, couldn't sleep all night. Mattress and pillows were also too firm. Sink was clogged, called someone to resolve however it wasn't able to unclog fully. Breakfast items were emptied by 830, asked three times for refills.
