"This property had recently changed hands and was under major renovation. The previous owners were still managing the hotel while this reconstruction was happening. They were anxious to be of service during this time. The restaurant in the hotel was excellent and known locally as serving excellent Middle Eastern food. When complete, this location will probably become well recommended."

"Easy Check in about 20 -25 mins walk from railway station. The receptionist was very nice and even gave vouchers for 10% off pizza Place. I went to the Harlington Concert venue which is on the other side of the road. There is a wetherspoon's on the other side of the road. Breakfast was good and the Bacon Sausages ect was kept with lids on so it was more than warm. Room was nice Bathroom nice with walk in shower"

"So much to like about this hotel; the grounds and building are spectacular. Staff are extremely welcoming, friendly and helpful. It’s worth noting that many of the guest rooms are in an entirely separate building a few hundred metres away. There is ample parking close to the rooms. Reception and restaurant are in the main building. We were unlucky in that there was a noisy reception going on while we were at dinner and the music being piped was constant adverts which was really poor. Every one of the toilets needed flushing and cleaning and whilst I appreciate it’s difficult to stay on top of these things while there’s a busy party going on, it was nonetheless off putting. The food was good and reasonably priced. Bedroom was perfectly clean and well equipped. Nice bedding but horrible mattresses which kind of ruined it. Any shortcomings were somewhat compensated for my the staff who were just great."

"With a huge gym and a 20m swimming pool it is quite a rare find in the area. Avid swimmers note, though, that pool is 30-31 C temperature so vigorous swim in freestyle may have to be cut back due to overheating if used to normal lane swimming temperatures. Understandable, though, as it is used by non-hotel residents & kids so it has to be warmer. Staff were extremely helpful, food menu in the "restaurant" was quite good and breakfast buffet was decent. I had to put "restaurant" in double quotes, and main reason for lowering score: it is a sports bar with astonishing noise levels from the external "clientele" heard on Fri and Saturday evenings. Obviously good revenue stream for the hotel to have locals pop in for shockingly loud vocalisation, but... their absolute lack of basic manners were a novelty. Clearly something attracts type of people who feel entitled to treat it as their literally deafening local pub. I am getting old, but have *never* had hotel dinners in such settings. One sidenote about parking: currently there is a building site on the premises. They occupy large chunk of the large parking lot - so, having paid for parking with the room, it was quite stunning to find that there was ZERO provision or even most basic practical schemes to ensure hotel guests have any priority for parking. All the myriad externals who come to the gym and to shout in the "restaurant" fill up the parking lot and hotel guests can hunt around trying their luck."

"Great place - rooms are great, comfy bed, welcome green and blacks chocolate. Staff are lovely at check in and the breakfast staff are fantastic, work hard and fast - really impressed. Only thing I don't like is the 'write on paper' check in part - especially every time you come back, would be nice to be digitally stored but in the greater scheme of things its nothing."

"Breakfast menu was limited, parking was fine, we were given a room for disabled person though we werent when i spoke to staff about it he claimed it was dual use .The gym area is quite small so feels very tight with few persons and the pool area has no jaccuzzi our stay was for leisure not going to go back again except if work relàted."
