"What ever you do don’t stay in room 316, the noise from the fan (not sure if it’s an extractor or air circulation) kept me awake nearly all night. I rang reception at 4am and begged them to turn it off with no luck, they offered to change my room, but I didn’t want to pack all my things away and get dressed just to get an extra 2 hours sleep. They were very apologetic, but had it been a premier inn with the 100% satisfaction guarantee I think I would have got a free night or my money back! Holiday in didn’t offer this! Avoid room 316 at all costs!!!"

"Stayed for one night, check in was very friendly and hassle free. Very comfortable room with everything you'd expect, nice little touches too, thank you. Breakfast was a bit chaotic, didn't appear to be sufficient staff, but all round, a pleasant one night stay. Would recommend."
