Property was hosting a Christmas party. Only told after booking and promised a quiet room. Entire lobby was taken over by the party, room was away from party but was a disabled access room (not told this even at check in). Room was not sound proof for planes taking off next morning. Curtain allowed light into room. No one from reception, room service or housekeeping answered the phone all evening, could not get water to the room as a result. Facility is modern and nice but wouldn’t stay there again given those issues

We stayed in the Sky Suite and it was absolutely spectacular. From the moment we arrived, the staff were incredibly attentive, making us feel genuinely special throughout our stay. The food and cocktails were outstanding, with real attention to detail in both presentation and flavour. We first stayed here on our very first proper date, and coming back a year later for our anniversary was the perfect way to relive that memory. The hotel still delivers the same impeccable standard – elegant, modern, and effortlessly romantic. Would highly recommend The Aviator for anyone looking for a luxury stay with exceptional service. We’ll definitely be back again.

Stayed here for two nights back in July whilst we attended Goodwood Festival of Speed. Third time of staying - have done the same weekend for the last three years. Not as good this year as previous - dinner in the brasserie was very expensive and not a lot to shout home about (we were also celebrating our daughter’s 21st birthday). We only had the cooked breakfast on our second morning and unfortunately didn’t think it was worth the £17 per head - the hotel refunded us the cost of breakfast when we complained on check out - basically we weren’t given the option of any other type of eggs and the food on offer was very bland and limited. Even had to make our own coffee. Hotel has offered us a room upgrade for one night if we book again - so thank you for trying. Unfortunately it’s not a hotel that is en route to anywhere so it’s unlikely we’ll take you up on the offer.
