"From the moment you walk into the cool, air conditioned lobby, the aroma tantalizes your senses like nothing else I have ever smelt. It is smooth and soothing. Every employee wears a smile and greets you. The room was amazing. The food was sensational. The service top notch. Their mission to get me to relax was accomplished. I actually had to check the date on my phone. I would highly recommend this resort. "

"Overall, my family and I really enjoyed our stay at this hotel. The staff was friendly, room service was excellent, and there were plenty of great food options and fine dining restaurants. The entertainment was well thought out—not just for kids, but for adults too. The beach was beautiful, with plenty of sunbeds and a large sandy area that our kids loved. There were lots of activities available throughout the day and into the evening. However, we did experience two downsides. First, the pool temperature became too warm by the end of the day, making it less refreshing. At times, the pool was also not as clean as expected. Second, the ocean conditions were disappointing—there was an overwhelming amount of seaweed, the water was not the clear turquoise we had hoped for, and there was a very unpleasant smell. While the staff did their best to clean the beach, it would have been helpful to be informed about the ocean conditions in advance, especially since swimming in the ocean was one of the main reasons we chose this destination. In light of that, it might be fair to adjust the price accordingly."

"I liked the fact that their dinner buffet changed everyday. So every day was a different theme so the food was not the same every day. I did not liked the fact that we could not go into the beach in any of the days we stayed. From what I understand this was due to erosion..so we had to travel north to islas mujeres to be able to go into the water. Kind of sucked but we made the most of it. "
