"The place was not maintained well at all. Our rooms (which had no personality at all) were never cleaned, our towels were never changed, there were no toiletries provided, there was no place to put the soap (that we brought) inside the shower, the shower door looked like it had never been cleaned and there was no towel service for the pool. "

"Great customer service. All staffs are friendly and nice. The food is excellent. Also, quiet and relaxing place to stay. I highly recommend this hotel."

"It was a nice stay in Infanta the room was good for the location and the staff were nice. We had a good breakfast there. The beds were surprisingly comfortable. "

"Beautiful views. Indoor pool was cool in the middle of summer! Room had small window AC unit. Food was pretty good, inexpensive, and convenient. The staff were accommodating with all our requests. There were several non guests who came just to eat on the outdoor patio and check out the view. They had some private rooms that could be used for events such as their upstairs bar. My only request for improvement would be for them to offer a laundry service for a fee so we dont have to go to the laundrymat. Overall it was a very good value. I would stay there again."
