"Getting from the Victoria bus terminal to terminal 4 which is where the Hilton is was easy. Hotel was good -- restaurant was very good as was my server Karen. Easy transfer to Terminal 2 for departure. "

"I usually stay at this Hotel when Im heading back to Canada, as I have to be up by 4am. This time I accidentally left a scarf there, that was a momento from my deceased mother. I sent n email and they found it in the room and will have it at the desk when I return on the 11th. Everyone, from the housekeeping staff to the front desk tem are so helpful and the rooms are pristeen and the beds are extremely comfortable. I cant say enough positive things about my repeated experiences atthis hotel. I will return!✨️💗✨️"

"The colour of my walls were a bit depressing but it was all fine for a one night stay. The access to the hoppa to the airport was good but please let your staff know they take cards not cash and on your website note where to pick it up at airport."
