"Great gym and great staff perfect for a layover "

"The shower did not work, only towels for 1 person in a double room, food cold and mediocre at best.Acoustics Pauling .My husband and I could hear all the conversation in the next room .We were in room 402.No water in the room or fridge. Had good experience of Hilton in other pats of the world but sadly not here"

"Our room was very small - we walked into the bed, and had no where to store luggage except for under the bed. I would upgrade to a larger room here, or go to the nearby Brit Hotels."

"This is a solid 4.3 star hotel. The location to GTech Stadium (15min walk), short bus ride away from the South Ealing tube stop, and price makes this hotel a great choice! The staff was very friendly. The sheets and bathroom were clean! The reason for a 4.3 rating is that: our sink stopper was detached so we had to pull the lever underneath to drain the sink, rooms were a little dated in terms of touch up’s(lots of scuffs on the walls, lots tiny holes in window blackout curtain, none of the tv channels worked). We only stayed 1 night in a Superior room otherwise we would have had the sink fixed. Overall, I would stay here again for the price and location."

"We booked a non refundable stay. Due to unforeseen circumstances we couldn’t stay, we contacted the hotel through the chat box on the booking twice, they didn’t respond, we then contacted hotels.com who after explaining to to them contacted the hotel who said they didn’t receive any message and under any circumstances it is non refundable. We were not looking for a refund, we were being polite and letting them know we were unable to come so they could use the room if required. I’ve never had an issue with the chat box before with replies, but this time? To deny they have received them when I have proof, like I said time and time again, we weren’t looking for a refund, just acknowledgment."
