"Room and facility was great. Two issues: When I booked my stay, I specifically searched for a hotel that had a shuttle to SF airport for my 7:15 am flight. When I called the day I was to arrive, I was informed that they no longer had shuttle service. I took at taxi to the hotel. The front desk got a taxi for me in the morning but the driver did not have a meter and charged me $10 more than the driver the night before. THEY SHOULD NOT USE THAT TAXI SERVICE.
