"Same options for breakfast every day.
Staff was friendly.
Loved the free shuttle to three different spots in the city. You could call them and they would pick you up instead of taking an uber.
Location was a bit far but shuttle made up for it."
"We stayed here because they had park and fly options and a shuttle to the airport. The only negative for us was that the shuttle doesn’t run as late as our return flight. "
Residence Inn by Marriott Sacramento Airport Natomas
8/10 Good
"Check in was fast and easy. Receptionist was great and the fact that they call to see how check in and Eve else was is great.
Thank you for great service "
"This is a very good location. Golden 1 & lots of eateries with in walking distance. Old sac is also walkable . It’s clean and the staff is friendly . It’s very reasonable priced as well
We often stay here when we travel in the Sacramento area "
"Room was clean and friendly staff. We revisited this hotel because we had stayed there a few years ago and had a wonderful experience.
This past Easter weekend, there were a few changes that were unfortunate. There was no towels stocked at the pool, also they changed the coffee machine downstairs to a basic hotel machine that would’ve been free anywhere else but the Westin they were forcing their front staff to “man the machine” & charging eight dollars a coffee from a machine that is typically free in hotels… Also the Westin no longer offered a Togo breakfast that you could pick up and go. Those were two of the main reasons we revisited this hotel so I was sad to see these amenities have been taken away.
Other than that it was a wonderful stay. Kid friendly, great staff, clean room, comfy beds it’s just unfortunate when you pay a premium at a hotel and then feel like you’re being gouged for a regular cup of coffee. We will choose a different place to stay in the Sacramento areas next time we visit. "
"The room was clean however the carpet and walls need some serious help. The hot was scarce in the mornings and you could hear people Nextdoor, slamming the stairs door and the water for the shower next door. As well as the traffic on the street. There was a convention there this weekend…we did not get to use the pool or hot tub late at night because of like 20 people in the hot tub. No towels at the pool was very disappointing since we booked for the pool and hot tub. Employees were nice Dawson’s steakhouse in the lobby was phenomenal "
"The hotel is a nice older building conversion. That being said, the neighborhood is awful. Police and security presence everywhere. The park across the street is a homeless encampment, not to mention the building has known hot water issues that the staff is reluctant to speak about. Stay elsewhere. "
