"Clean room and courteous staff. Especially satisfied with the check in process. Hotel is very conveniently located with lots of eateries around. No smell of smoke and very quiet which is of utmost importance. The room is quite small in size though… will need to book a bigger room next time. With the price in consideration, it is well worth it."

"Celebrated my wedding anniversary at the hotel and they were so lovely to set up a nice amenities table for my hubby and me. My daughter left her favourite soft toy upon check out and they are so kind to keep it aside for us as well and assist to help me send it back! Superb customer service! The hotel location is great! Opposite is victoria park where i went for a nice cooling run and next to the hotel there is a 24hrs supermarket as well. Very strategic location surrounded by shopping mall.
