Clean room and courteous staff. Especially satisfied with the check in process. Hotel is very conveniently located with lots of eateries around. No smell of smoke and very quiet which is of utmost importance. The room is quite small in size though… will need to book a bigger room next time. Room was overall clean and tidied well after each night with sufficient amenities. One thing to point out is that the curtain was slightly broken for one of the windows, so we didn’t touch that curtain switch and kept it closed the whole time. But otherwise, hotel staffs are very hospitable. It was a huge help for us that they took care of disposing our unwanted suitcases at the end of the stay.

The staff and amenities were great. The hotel was also in a good location too (5 minute walk to North Point). There was a small discrepancy and it was handled with care, empathy and understanding. We were able to find a solution that worked for us. Koodos to the staff.

We didn't have a chance to check out the swimming pool, I would suggest the hotel to provide a complimentary bottled of water for the guests and shower cap. Room is clean, service is good. Place is beautiful. Would love to come back and stay here again.

Hotel Alexandra was transformed into a gorgeous Christmasland for the holidays. The staff there are attentive and bright - able to anticipate your needs and jump to assist. This includes the reception, concierge, security staff and housekeeping. Everyone was friendly and communicative. The facilities are clean and the decor is ornate to begin with. Add the holiday element to this and you will find many posting pictures on location on IG. There was always someone capturing shots in the lobby, restaurant or main hallway. The location is marvellous away from the throngs but super convenient to public transit and restaurants.

Staff is excellent. The room is clean. Walk in shower is nice. The bed is a bit squeaky. The location is very nice with nearby MTR and bus stops. Unfortunately the combination of staircase and escalators makes it difficult to move in and out with luggage’s.
