"We only stayed for 1 night, but really enjoyed our stay. The hotel itself was excellent, friendly staff and very nice rooms. We also booked dinner at the in house restaurant ‘1924’, which was very nice indeed. Excellent food quality and again friendly attentive staff. Would definitely come back if ever in the area again."

"Key card didn’t work three times on day of departure and delayed our departure by 30mins. Bath tap: the cold water was still very hot and ran a bath only to use a bottle of water and refill it 20 times and leave bath to cool for 20mins. Breakfast was mediocre, it was busy but felt it was not up to standard. Room was big and spacious and garden pretty to sit in. Main house reception area impressive building. The main outside of some room near far car park needs cleaning up or painting as black...
