Hotel was lovely - warm, cosy and comfortable. Staff very friendly and helpful. Location excellent. Only things to improve would be the gluten free breakfast as the croissants were hard (the normal breakfast was lovely though) and the water pressure in the shower was very low.

This hotel is completely ideal for visiting Oxford. It is quiet, safe, and near all tourist sites as well as shopping and restaurants. Very lovely decorated spacious rooms with nice amenities. But the best accolade is the staff. They are beyond friendly, helpful, and accommodating . Very attentive and courteous. Don’t bother with the chain hotels when you can stay in this super accommodation.

This was a great hotel for a stay in central Oxford. I prefer to walk when possible and this was perfect for seeing everything I wanted. The main colleges, the library, and restaurants were all easily walkable. The room was small as expected (single room), but well appointed with everything I needed. The bathroom and shower were extremely nice! Loved my stay here.

Lovely comfortable stay. Comfortable beds, very good shower and roomy bathroom with good light. We stayed on an exceptionally hot evening so we made use of the fan. Friendly and polite and helpful staff.

Dropping off bags SO helpful, and all the staff were extremely pleasant and helpful. Excellent continental breakfast included. So walkable in this beautiful university town full of history.
