The room was above expectations warm and spacious The reception staff were welcoming friendly and knowledgeable. Room was very clean. Decent size and bed comfortable. Breakfast was plentiful and Wendy especially was so friendly and helpful. Made sure we had enough to eat. The only downside was the coffee machine. Only 1 for everyone. Had to queue and then it ran out of water/ milk. Need at least 2 machines

Staff were exceptional, especially Malcolm on the front desk. We were a little underwhelmed by our premium price room (in the annex) however, especially as this was booked to celebrate our 20th Anniversary. It didn’t look like the room in the photos and was a little strangely laid out - all nice and clean however. We ate in the on-site restaurant which was fab, breakfast was a buffet which was just OK and rather over-priced
