Solo female traveler. This was the best hostel I have stayed at in Europe. The check-in process was easy, rooms were clean with free locker, key makes it easy to access both door and locker. Included breakfast was nice as well! Would highly recommend.

No check in fui informada que as toalhas eram pagas, informação que não constava aqui no site anteriormente. No meu segundo dia não teve serviço de limpeza do quarto, acumulando lixo e e sujeira no quarto. Localização é ok, café da manhã simples.

Great for a night

15 minute walk from the train station, very clean and quiet. The only downside was that there are no curtains on the beds in shared dorms. Just gives you that extra privacy that goes a long way. Breakfast is basic but free

extremely hot. public spaces not adequately air conditioned. ac in room was leaking and very loud. there is no chair to sit in room, no mirror, no place to hang clothes. toilet area has no place to wash hands - have to go to shower for that and shower is inadequate - need to push water tab every 15 seconds for water to cont running. night staff do not speak english. NO place to get some work done in the bldg - only one space and VERY noisy always

The staff are sharp and straight to the point, if your staying in the dormitory, you have a locker, you have to pay for a towel but other than the most basics covered its decently priced given how busy and pricey barcelona is.

Nice place with access to bus stops that have busss to the airport. Staff are friendly and helpful as well. Even though I wouldve appreciated to be informed that the €20 key deposit must be in cash before arriving for check-in

Terribile!

Purtroppo la nostra è stata un'esperienza molto negativa. Vero che è un ostello e quindi molti servizi non ci sono ma allora dovrebbe essere solo quello e non adibire alcune stanze ad "hotel". La camera era vecchia e sporca, senza tv, senza comodità basilari. I rubinetti del 1940 e i lettini scomodissimi. Una struttura che ha solo due phon da poter dare ai suoi ospiti e che non sa chi li abbia (mai che gli venisse in mente di prendere il numero della camera). Una sera sono stata un'ora con la receptionist a cercare un phon per asciugarmi i capelli. La stanza non era insonorizzata ma si sentiva tutto, soprattutto l'ascensore accanto che ripeteva continuamente le stesse frasi (ovviamente). La colazione molto scarna e ripetitiva con prodotti scarsi. Lo staff molto cordiale e disponibile (UNICA COSA POSITIVA). Il prezzo pagato non vale assolutamente quello che abbiamo ricevuto anzi se potessi chiedere un rimborso, lo farei subito. La posizione per fortuna era buona...è circondato da tante fermate di autobus e metro. In linea generale è Pessimo!!
