The staff although very friendly but often poorly informed about the facility and there were poor communication from the headquarters to the Barcelona branch of their hotel

We stayed two days in the hotel. We had wonderful experience, especially the details from hotel staffs. For example, when rental car company pick up return car late, hotel staff keep the car and help return it for us, so we can catch our activity without delay.

The trip was great and the hotel was very nice. The only issue was that the room was not ready when we arrived. I had requested an early check in, but the room was still not ready even by check in time. However, the staff was able to give us a separate room temporarily, so we could get some rest while the room was being finalized. All in all, most of the staff and room were excellent.

All staff were excellent. We arrived early and they did their best to get us our room early. Breakfasts were awesome and very good quality. concierges bent over backwards to get us tickets and provide directions and suggestions

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Intercontinental Barcelona. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The hotel was very clean, and our room was very spacious with a large bathroom and a great view of the mountains. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Barcelona.
