I booked the hotel thinking I was going to get a window with a view of the outside. My "window" was that of the interior of the building, and so my room had no natural lighting at all and looked more like a prison cell.When you turn off the lights to your room, it is pitch black regardless of the time of day. There is no Front Desk to assist with and being a "wireless" hotel, checking in and out of the hotel is a complete nightmare. Everything is done on an app you need to download on your phone (entering the hotel, entering your room.) And so if your phone dies, entering the building and your room is a challenge. The room does not have a safe even though the website says it does. The lack of staff in the hotel made the whole ordeal a nightmare.

All good. Code didn’t work initially but assistance via the intercom immediately and all fine. They also solved a issue with the tv remote and able to leave our stuff in the left luggage in the hotel the next day and no issue accessing. Room was clean, quiet and comfortable and definitely a decent option. Happy.

Great location in Barcelona. Very easy so walk to so many sites (Cathedral, La Rambla. etc.) No contact check in and keyless entry work well enough if you are sure to address the pre arrival emails and download the app. I did see a number of people who did not and had issues trying to check in when they arrived. Be sure to check in prior to arrival to avoid having to contact staff via the front door intercom. There is actually no one at the front desk. Room decoration is sparse, with few amenities. Our Junior Suite had a single chair besides the bed and only a single recliner on the terrace. Great location and a good price but do not expect a full service experience.

I enjoyed this stay for the purposes of my trip. The walls are a bit thin and my last night in there were some really obnoxiously drunk guest that I heard but the other 3 nights were fairly quiet over all. Although this stay is considered a limited assistance stay, anytime I called the reservation number— I was called back within 5 mins and the staff was VERY kind and helpful. I traveled alone and thought it was the perfect amount of space for just me. I would definitely stay here again!

Getting into the hotel it’s quite a lot like trying to enter heaven but entering hell instead. You try really hard, the hotel doesn’t have any staff and the app they tell you to install doesn’t explain anything. I got into the hotel earlier, and the only reason I understood how it worked was a really nice woman (not hotel staff) that helped me getting in and putting my stuff in the lockers. I tried to talking to anyone from the staff, all I got was a very rude woman in the intercom and Lord was she rude. The walls are paper thin, so I could listen to people showering and the couple in the room next to mine fighting, and making out, fighting again. Btw, they made a lot of noise, and it’s impossible to speak to someone about it, so I couldn’t sleep during my entire stay. But the location is great and the rooms are quite cleans. The only people who are nice are the cleaning people, they can’t help you a lot, but they are quite sweet
