Typical European hotel. Sparce, cheap furnishings, poor TV choices, mostly cheap plumbing with slow running drains. In relation to other European hotels, this gets a good rating. In relation to American Marriotts, this would be “poor” at best.

Nice hotel but not centrally located

The hotel was nice and plenty of room not in a centralized location. Also area restaurants were not friendly to tourists which required me to take taxi into the city to grab dinner.

Front desk Staff are excellent and most of them have good english. Area is more safe and very good. Kitchen staff and house keeping staff are all excellent and very caring their customers. Front desk staff Alexie is very professional and friendly it doesn’t mean others are not good. For family this is the best hotel.

Property was one block from a main thoroughfare in the area, which offered travel opportunities via taxi, bus, or train. An upscale mall was about 3 blocks away and offered designer brands. Not many food choices within walking distance and the hotel restaurant offered a limited menu selection with an emphasis more on drinking than eating. Staff was nice and on par with what you might expect from a Marriott hotel. Nothing over the top here, but still a hotel that I would return to for another visit.

Great experience. Family oriented! Amazing personnel and the food at the restaurant were delicious. I stayed with my two kids, and they really enjoyed it. Close to train stations and two great malls. One is the El Corte Ingles and the one next to that I'lla Mall. Both are great and you can go walking. You also have a Starbuck 5 mins walking. I will stay again with no dough.

We got there almost three hours early, and Natalia at the front desk was extremely helpful. The check in was fast, and we were on our way to our room. The room is spacious and nice. I will definitely book again if I come back again to Barcelona. If you are first time there, download FREENOW app to use for taxis, and reserve a ride around the city. I loved this app, it helped me roam around easily. Also, make sure you book all your things to do ahead of time. Everywhere we go it’s full and fully booked.

Nice property in a central location. Chose it cos if the proximity to the stadium and it was worth it. I booked a room with 2 twin beds but was given a room with 3 single beds instead. I complained and the staff tried to change it but there was no available room. Food was expensive though and facility could do with some upgrade so it’s more modern. But overall is was ok and quite spacious.

attention to detail keeping them from higher ratin

the hotel was the last night of our 12day vacation before we flew home. the room was spacious and elegant but, the bathroom sink was clogged on our arrival after 1st use. so we called and had a maintenance man come up and handle it. not a major interruption but housekeepin should have reported. we quicly unpacked and went sightseeing and after arriving home late that evening noticed the AC was not working. luckily we had a huge private Balcony on 5th floor and were able to ope the door to provide comfort. cable wire was loose and reception was not good.the staff couldnt be nicer so I reported the problems with A/C in the morning. conveniently located near the hop on/off bus stop was a plus for a quick day of sightseeing.
