"The hotel staff is lovely, courteous, and pleasant. However, the internet is unbearable and non-functional. The room is nice but basic, definitely not a five-star experience, perhaps a four at best. Overall, it's pleasant but nothing more than that. The food is exceedingly expensive and doesn't really justify the asking price."

"Beautiful view of the mountains, cliffs and the water. Right in the middle of everything you need. The only turning point is the smell of the canal leading to the hotel. I think it’s from the small houses at the back of the hotel."

"Lovely hotel right on the beachfront with breath taking ocean views and close to everything in El Nido. Nice buffet breakfasts with nice rooms. Note this is in the no car / van zone of El Nido so a tricycle is needed at certain restricted times if you need to travel to the transport terminal. Friendly and helpful staff. They also offer transport and excursion bookings. "

"Broken window means mosquitoes get inside. Construction everywhere still extending third and fourth floor. And no wifi at all. Entrance is througg the back where the construction is. Front is covered by hung laundry clothes."
