"The property is just ok, we had a little problem with the toilet, I ended up getting a plunger from the store to clear the toilet. I think a little updating on tv would be helpful, as a person coming from USA and I don’t understand the languages having a smart tv would be nice, something to watch and relax at the end of the night would be nice, the breakfast was excellent, staff was very friendly and helpful "

"First off, I will say that the staff is exceptional here. Upon arrival, we immediately noticed mold in the shower and around the sink. The room itself was just dirty. Our phone in the room wasn't working as well. We spoke with the hotel staff and they upgraded us to another room which was helpful, however we discovered the bigger the room, the bigger the mold problem was. We realized this was probably going on in every room here. We did appreciate the staff and their willingness to try to find a solution. This hotel needs upkeeping for sure."

"Yes, Yes, this was my second time staying at this Resort, I love everything about it, your Staff are all wonderful and amazing! I love the peace and quiet of this location. I will return in the future, I will tell my family and friends to stay here when they visit the Philippines. "The staff were polite if far from welcoming. Our first rooms bathroom had algae and mold growing in the grout between the tiles and there was no working lock on the door. Our second night on arriving back to our ro ww discovered our room infested with large flying ants that had come through a cieling vent. We were given a second slightly cleaner room however the bathroom shower was still disgracefully dirty and the shower head did not work added to which there was no hot water as they "had run out". Even budget hotels require baseline standards. This was one of my worst hotel experiences in Elnido."

"Location amazing, but effectively cut of from being able to come and go from the resort as you please due to the road that serves the property, only driveable in a 4x4. Same for getting to your lodge, if the cable car is not running or someone else using it, you have to wait for a car. We spent a large proportion of the holiday waiting on roads trying to get back and forth. Henris was great, but the food in main restaurant wasn't good. The two times we ate there, we had cold food as the wait between the meals coming out for 7 of us meant we were sat for 20mins before we could even start. The final staw was for our pickup on the day we were meant to leave, and they had us waiting by the side of a dirt road at 4.30am for almost 45 mins with 2 young and very tied children. We paid almost 8k gbp for a week here for 7 of us and for the money was just not worth it. Has the potential to be great but is only a 3 star at best. Save the stress and book somewhere that you come away from feeling relaxed and not more stressed than when you started. "

"Magnificent resort, pools 10/10, staff friendly charming so helpful 10/10, delux cabin clean cosy 10/10, unbelievable views, we loved our stay as a 50 year old couple 10 minutes from busy El nido by foot. "
