The hotel is also right next to the boat departure point, which makes getting out on the water easy. Verde’s plant-based protein options cover the bases: chickpeas, tofu, edamame. I track protein intake and four days here didn’t leave me short. There are also some protein smoothies and post-activity salads on the menu. Portions are generous, though I was hungry again about ninety minutes after eating. That’s probably my metabolism, not the kitchen. I started bringing snacks for the boat. Not a complaint, just planning. The private speedboat tour organised by the front desk was the right call. Small group, flexible stops, your own schedule. That’s a completely different experience from the packed shared boats. Energy well spent.""
