"If you're looking to explore Brooklyn as a borough, this could be budget friendly option for you. The hotel is brand new, but lacks laundry and has some unsightly workmanship in the construction. Nothing major, just cosmetic. This is a safer working class neighborhood with a 24hr laundry, the Prospect Park Q & B station and a well stocked Western Beef Supermarket nearby. The free breakfast provided is your basic continental variety, but could use more protien options besides yogurt. The AC and in-room fridge stayed cold & there was plenty of hot water in the shower. "

"I just needed the hotel to sleep and have a shower, there are stores and places to eat near, subway station 3 and L in about 3 blocks away, As I mentioned, it worked just fine for me :)"
