They have a very clean facility the staff are very kind and friendly they very informative about the environment and the service provided also it’s very relaxing atmosphere to rest they serve a good variety of breakfast options everything is fresh also the rooms are super tidy they provided a very generous amount of towels and also extra coffee in the room I recommend 10/10 for you stay. The best hotel in Brooklyn there is also a huge amount of stores nearby from restaurants shopping center stores and mall a very close to transportation and the community is good.

Second time staying with my Family and can't complain. LOCATION , LOCATION,LOCATION 10/10.shopping centers , commuting ans dinning options are easily accessible. Took the train, $2 bus and community bus .Uber was affordable from and to airport.

The rooms are well clean and staffs are very nice. Only the breakfast are need to work on it. The breakfast is not good. And the hotel can’t be served the same thing every day for breakfast. Otherwise good hotel and friendly staff. I will revisit again.

The room was very clean and well-presented. A little smaller then I thought it would be but great nonetheless. The walls are thin so be mindful of that. The front desk and serving staff were very helpful. It was nice to be able to grab a full breakfast every morning. Location gets a 10/10 for me. Close to subway, restaurants and lots of shops. Very easy to get around. I would definitely stay here again.

The only good thing that I can say about this place was it was in a convenient area. Bathroom floor was dirty. The hot water runs out at night..The toilet seat was too small for the toilet. And it was super loose. Bed pillows were the size of accessory pillows that would come with a comforter set. Lobby smelled of body odor. Was supposed to stay a second time on the back end of a trip, but decided to cancel after this first experience. Cannot recommend.

Overall, this place is pretty clean and well maintained. The staff is nice and complimentary breakfast is decent and appreciated. There is no fitness room, which is something I missed. All in all, my wife and I may come back for our next Brooklyn trip.
