"This hotel is in a very tourist area. Think Hollywood blvd (but WAY cleaner and with a great outdoor restaurant right next door. Just alot of shopping and people all day and night.) It was a girls trip so we thought it would be a safe bet and it was. We always felt safe even when coming home late from dinner/ bars or concert. The hotel has great food options inside so that was great. The staff was always helpful with gettin taxis, more bathroom items, etc. We had a jr. suite for 3 ladies and it was perfect. Hotel was very clean and had such cute decor. We highly recommend staying here."

"Clean and modern, friendly breakfast staff. A bit deserted at night for walking around but only a 3 min walk to the metro. Would have liked more creative storage options in the room like hooks or shelves. Check-in process was slow and always lined up at 3pm. Storage lockers available in the parkade were convenient, but a bit expensive."
