"The room and bath were clean, quiet, and comfortable for two of us. We requested a roll away cot for the third person which was terrible. The mattress on the cot was thin with the springs being hard to sleep on. She ended up using 6 of the bed pillows to make sleeping on it possible. It is close to the rim and transport. Because eating in the village requires a reservation for dinner we ate at the Lodge. It was not that good and cost almost as much as eating an excellent meal at the Trevor Hotel. The bowl of fettuccini noodles had almost no sauce and no taste. Also the room was supposed to be ready at 4:00 but it was 5:30 before it was available. The cot was supposed to be in the room but we waited 2 hours and had to call. They finally brought it, knocked on the door and left. There was no blanket and we had to call to get one."

"I don’t like the fact you can’t check in until 4pm and water slide close at 5pm and the whole water park area close at 7pm so u really don’t have no time to enjoy the water park you should get more than 3 house to use the water fun that’s the point of coming u can’t enjoy the water park unless u stay for Multiple days"
