"Iconic Scottsdale hotel doesn’t disappoint. Nicely decorated for the holidays, with an outdoor roller rink with a fun North Pole theme. Spacious, updated, well-appointed rooms with nice amenities and a sunny balcony overlooking the front lawn. The onsite dining facilities were appreciated on Christmas Day when many restaurants were closed or fully booked. Staff was friendly and readily available. Big perk was no resort fee, decent fitness room and complimentary bottled water whenever we requested it. "

"I like the simplicity of the property, it's a casual place without frills but covers all of the necessities well, from coffee and snacks and vitamin water to a refreshing pool with deck chairs. There's also a game room, with a pool table. The wifi covers the entire property so I could stay online by the pool. "

"Property is under renovation, but still very nice. Traveled with family of 5. Room with 2 king beds provided ample space. Lots of restaurants and shopping in the area. Check-in was easy and staff friendly. I would definitely stay here again. "
