At check-in I did receive a text inviting me to submit any requests through the automated service, I did ask for some extra shampoo, but never received it. "

"The photograph on the advertisement is 100% not the hotel. It looked nothing like that. The walls are paper thin and we could hear everything including our next-door neighbour peeing in the toilet. Overall I would say it was terrible. I would not recommend this property, we would never stay again."
