"When i arrives to my room, it was a mess! The bed was unmaid, showing stains on the mattress. There were dirty dishes in the sink. Roaches!! Crawling around and crawling by the fridge. Dirty wash clothes hanging from the shower curtain pole. Dead bug on the tub wall. NEVER again. And i havebpictures and videos. Not good at All!"

"The apartment itself was absolutely lovely and I would love to visit again. Just beware of the -what I am assuming- is the security deposit that they take out of your account during your stay there. It would be nice if this was disclosed more openly beforehand while booking on Expedia. I also only received about 90% back out of the was taken out. There is also no parking for the apartment, but rather street parking that you must pay hourly via a parking app (just like any other city's downtown...

I was on the phone with member services for 30 mins trying to get it figured out. The location is great however, there is a significant amount of traffic noise at night for hours on end. Very loud cars which seem to drag race down Broadway, both nights we were there. It was super hard to sleep through. The bedroom in the 'primary' room was horrible along...
