"The room is not well sealed, wind creates a howl like a scary movie and it lasts all night. Bedding smelled funky, like it sat too long with moisture. The bed sinks in and the pillows are atrocious. We debated going to Costco and buying some to get thru the week. Overall they charge like it’s top notch resort for motel style amenities. The air hockey tables for the kids don’t work, the shuffleboard is warped and doesn’t slide, foosball table doesn’t have a ball and the pool was so small and cloudy there’s no way anyone was getting in there without getting pink eye. Very disappointing stay, the money was NOT worth it. I wouldn’t go back there ever again. "

"My family and I had a pleasant stay at the Sheraton Waikiki Hotel. The location is fantastic, with beautiful ocean views and easy access to the beach and nearby attractions. The staff were friendly and accommodating, which made our experience enjoyable. The room was also comfortable and the amenities met my expectations. However, I did encounter a couple of issues during our stay. The toilet flush handle was broken, which was annoying to also adjust every time we had to flush. If you don’t adjust it, the water just keeps on running all the time. Additionally, I felt that the housekeeping could have been a little thorough; it seemed like they mainly changed towels, took out the trash, and made the bed, without actually cleaning the room. Despite these minor setbacks, we still enjoyed our overall experience and would consider staying here again for the great location and friendly service."

"Beautiful hotel "

"This is a great inexpensive hotel. We stayed in Hawaii for a layover on our way back from a trip to Japan so we didn’t wanna spend too much on a hotel and this was perfect. It was clean the staff the staff was friendly and great location. How do we been staying in Hawaii as our main destination we probably would’ve splurged a little bit on a nicer hotel beachfront but this was just perfect for the money we wanted to spend."

"Clean rooms, nice pool and outdoor bar. It just didn’t have access to the beach because the boat marina is directly behind the property but you could walk a bit to get to the beach. Complimentary water every day was awesome!"

"The staff were amazing. Everyone was so nice and welcoming. One front desk employee even offered me his umbrella because it was raining. The restaurant and bar were perfect. And rooms were comfortable and clean."
