There was a cosy lounge in which to enjoy a drink, and a choice of Bistro or Pub for food, both of which offered good deals, and the staff at reception were polite, friendly and knowledgeable. The hotel is in a good location by the River Avon, with ample parking at discounted rates for guests. The town centre with its many attractions is only a 10 minute walk across the footbridge. We would stay there again."

The children splash time was great, with spa faculties available and sun loungers, you really felt like you were at a resort. "Excellent hotel in the centre of Stratford Easy parking (plenty of capacity), great check-in staff, amazing building! Room was beautiful, comfy bed, amazing decor, great facilities, fresh milk in the fridge, heated bathroom floor, hot powerful shower. Impressed. Reception phoned the room to make sure everything was ok. Only improvements - corridor access door to stairs on self-closer was noisy and woke me up through the night as room was close to it, easy fix with some felt pads. Bar area, no tables, needs better arrangement so more can fit in which would be possible. Otherwise, overall excellent"
