"I couldnât contact the number on the booking confirmation, and no reply on Expedia chat! Lucky we caught the cleaner just leaving and asked how we could get in touch with the check-in staff. She was very helpful and got someone to contact me. Apparently the number I had was of someone on a day off!
I was required to send our passports via WhatsApp and give my card details over the phone for deposit and city tax. Not very secure! The process wasnât explained before my booking, nor in the...
"I booked a private room whith bathroom and breakfast included, we ended in a dormitory with shared bathrooms, also breakfast was not an option. The place is dirty, dust in every corner and empty bottles/plastic garbage left around in the rooms. The owners seem not to care much"

"It is a nice hotel. The cleanliness is good and breakfast is very good. However, is very tricky to get to the elevators with luggage because of the stairs between the front desk and the elevator area to get to your rooms. "
"Apartment was excellent, great amenities and very well designed/decorated. Hotel layout took a little to memorise but bars/gym/pool area were all excellent. Great for our city break but could just as easily have stayed for 2 weeks or more. The only gripe would be that the pool was a little small, and did not have enough chairs/loungers for how busy it gets. We found it very hard to get poolside unless up before 8am or after 4-5pm. Not enough to mark any less than 5 stars however, it was an excellent hotel and we highly recommend it!"
"That bed was creaking and the mattress was too firm ( hard). Food was excellent. Bathroom some rust on the tub close to the faucet and drain on the sink in the bathroom was loose stopping the water going down. Air conditioner was too warm..
Employees were fantastic from the beginning of our staying until the end on any department. Congratulations to all your employees.
