"Room was awesome, staff were friendly and accommodating, lots to see and do in the area and public transportation was safe and easy to use, no language issues, highly recommended!"
"Cute restaurant across from the hotel behind those buildings, tower of Belém close by, monastery walking distances, pastel de Belém also walking distance, excellent location
Been going there for years"
"I booked a private room whith bathroom and breakfast included, we ended in a dormitory with shared bathrooms, also breakfast was not an option. The place is dirty, dust in every corner and empty bottles/plastic garbage left around in the rooms. The owners seem not to care much"
"Good clean basic accommodation- close to tram to the centre and 20 mins walk to conference centre. I couldn’t get there until later than the 8pm check in but had a number to call and was met at the apartment ( late check in fee ). "
"IF YOU: 1) don’t mind desperately trying to get in contact with the property while you wait in the customs arrival line at Lisbon airport (because they have not responded to any emails, messages in Expedia and their phone number does not work), 2) don’t mind living for a week out of your suitcase that must sit on the floor because there are absolutely no surfaces or furniture like dressers or luggage racks, 3) don’t care about misleading descriptions that state ‘air conditioning’ in property...

"The pool was nice and clean. Not very warm but definitely could swim in it. The rooms were nicely appointed and very clean. Front desk staff were fabulous as they were very helpful. We didn’t want to stay in Lisbon Centre as we wanted easy and free parking and a quiet area which is exactly what MS Aparthotel was. Kitchen was perfect and so was our view of the pool and river. The hotel does need to repair the wood exterior though. "
"We had a wonderful experience during our recent stay at your property.
The cleanliness of our accommodations was impressive, and it truly made us feel comfortable. Additionally, the staff was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful, providing great recommendations for local restaurants when we had questions.
We also thoroughly enjoyed the breakfast selection; it was varied and delicious.

"This hotel was fantastic, the staff were so friendly and welcoming and nothing was too much bother. Rooms were big, breakfast was delicious and the pool totally relaxing. The decor was lovely, a really great hotel away from the main city and crowds but so easy to get into the tourist areas. Some lovely local restaurants near the hotel - easy to get from airport and easy to get taxi to Sintra.
A fantastic mini break. Would recommend and will stay again. "
