"Just feel everything is trending downward. Less buffet food choices , lot less different alcohol at pool bars . Quite harder to get into restaurants. Also heard more changes coming . We will see about December. Looking less likely"

"This was an incredible stay. We travelled with a 3mo and the staff was super accommodating and helpful. We felt very welcomed, comfortable and safe. Loved this property. The room was clean, food was nice, the pool was super fun with lots of activities throughout the day and a family friendly environment. My only tip would be to go to the buffet early so you don't have to worry about lineups. Even though we got to the buffet late a few times, it wasn't too bad. Would definitely recommend"

"Food was great, property was clean, staff were helpful and kind, showers are fantastic, and we would go back with the following knowledge- Distance- this property is large and many rooms are a solid 1/2 mile walk to the main food and amenities. We had to get a new room for my 85 year old mother who could not walk that far. The rest of us just got blisters. Shuttles are available but wait is often more than 20 minutes. Staff worked hard to accommodate my mothers mobility limits Air conditioning- was substandard in buildings on top floor. A/C on first floor rooms seemed much more functional"

"We had our first family holiday here and got engaged. Everything was perfect from start to finish. The staff went above and beyond for us and made the engagement so special. The quality of the food in the restaurants is truely exceptional and we were blown away by the kindness of all of the staff. Truely not one complaint. We went to a 5* hotel in playacar for the last 5 nights just for a change of scenery and wish we had just stayed here as the service did not compare!"

"A beautiful place, very quiet and peaceful, not like the huge resorts further along the coastline. It is quite simple, with a small pool and two small places to eat. The only unfortunate thing was the seaweed, but there is nothing to do about that. They try to clean it up but it is way too much. But the hotel itself is great, we loved our stay!"
