"We had an amazing stay at Bahia Principe Grand Tequila. The staff were incredibly welcoming, friendly and helpful. The resort and rooms were very clean. Beach access is just a short walk. There are also buggies that can drive you anywhere around the property. There’s also two different beach access spots for tequila. The food was amazing! 10/10, great variety and many options for à la carte. The highlight of our trip was the activities and events. There was always something to do. From day time pool parties and games to exclusive evening events. A special shoutout to Gregory, the activities coordinator, who truly made our trip extra special. Our group chatted with him one night and it felt like he instantly became part of the family. We honestly looked forward to seeing him every day for the remainder of our trip. Gregory and his crew know how to throw a good party that includes every one of all ages!"

"The staff was amazing. Juan helped us and checked in on us throughout the stay which was amazing. His other staff members Alfred was a great server, Alfredo was helpful upon our initial welcome, and Aaron making the night shift smooth. It was clean, smooth, delicious food, kid friendly. "We had a great stay at Bahia Principe Luxury Sian Ka’an in the Riviera Maya. Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised with an upgrade to a superior suite near the lobby, which was spacious and conveniently located within easy walking distance to the restaurants and buffet. The food quality was excellent for an all-inclusive, with plenty of variety and solid dining options. We also enjoyed having access to the other Bahia Principe resorts via a quick shuttle ride, making it easy to spend time at the beach and take advantage of additional amenities. Dinner reservations and excursions were easy to arrange, which kept the trip stress-free. The Hacienda Market on property was a big plus and made souvenir shopping simple, with lots of options available without leaving the resort. For our final night, we upgraded to a penthouse suite, and it was absolutely worth it. The rooftop jacuzzi and open views of the Riviera Maya sky were the perfect way to end the trip. Overall, Sian Ka’an offers a relaxing atmosphere, great food, and convenient access to everything you’d want for a Mexico getaway!"
