"The hotel itself was nice, and the rooms were comfortable. However, when we arrived around 5 PM, we were told that the spa was already closed and would only reopen at 10 AM the next day. We also found it very odd that, despite staying at the hotel, guests still had to pay £15 for just 2 hours of spa access. Overall, while the hotel looked good, the extra charges and limited spa availability made the experience disappointing. In my opinion, it was not worth the money we paid to stay there."

"Really good hotel, 8 minute walk from New Street Station. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was great,2 double beds, really spacious with tea and coffee making facilities. Would defo stay here again."

"Overall I was satisfied with my one night stay at the Radisson Blu Birmingham. The check-in staff were friendly and efficient and the room was of good quality. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the staff attentive. Despite its very modern exterior appearance the property is beginning to show its age. The bathroom floor tiles were clean, but needed polishing or replacing. There were no convenient electrical sockets, meaning having to leave charging items on the floor. The USB sockets were loose. There are no windows that open, and the heating / air system only goes down to 19°C. There is no cooling function, meaning the room is warm and stuffy. I imagine this would be very uncomfortable in summer."

"Really impressed with the team at reception and breakfast. Service was knowledgeable, friendly, speedy and professional. The apartment was immaculate, the heating was a bit fiddly but the team came up in minutes to support. The only slight issue was the shower temp kept fluctuating. Other than than a brilliant stay and I'll be sure to stay again."

"Highly impressed with its clean and comfortable room. The only improvement required is to have some essential resources in place like towel & kettle in individual room so we don’t have to travel to thr common kitchen on the 4th floor."
